Nominated have the right to the company with existing and existing projects, or implemented. 

Both Russian and international companies are eligible for nomination.

Applications from companies and organizations that do not have real working projects or if the company's projects are in development or plan are not accepted.

The application for participation is in the “Award” section (by clicking on the “Apply” button) and contains the following blocks for filling:

• Name of company
• Name of the project for participation in the nomination and brief information about the project
• Company Website Address
• Full name of the company representative
• Contact number
• Contact email
• Choosing an award for a nomination (Caring for people with disabilities, Children are our Future, Our Planet, Cultural Heritage, Charity without Borders)
  

When considering the application, the organizers may request additional information about the company / project. Additional information is available at Award@worldcharityforum.com:

• Video about the project
  (lasting 15-30 seconds);
• Project Information Note, signed by the General Director;
• Logo and company name of the organization in Russian and English (for placement on the participant's page);
• Photo of the CEO;
• Photo (any) about the realized project;
• Free additional information about the company / project (no more than 1000 characters) in Russian and English.

• Fill out the application form on the website and click "Submit application"
• When considering the application, the organizers may request additional materials about the project / company, which should be sent to the email address Award@worldcharityforum.com;

The Prize Jury has the right to ask additional questions on the substance of the information provided.
The jury no later than 3 days informs the participant who submitted the application for acceptance of the application for participation, either of the need to bring the information sent in the required form, or reasonably refuse to participate.

After processing, information about the organization-nominee is laid out on the website in the “Award” section.

If the participant has submitted unfair information in his application, the Prize Jury has the right to withdraw the application of such participant from the Prize.

Applications for participation can be submitted for posting on the World Charity Forum website www.worldcharityforum.com at any time.
